I've had two nightmares about serial killers this week. Don't think it's really related. But mainly I'm wondering, was that bit about the orangutan betwixt Sherlock and Watson a reference to Poe's detective (and Sherlock's predecessor), C. Auguste Dupin, and 'The Murders in the Rue Morgue'?

Critical Role, episode 5: The Trick about Falling

This is some brilliant story telling. The bit where they fall is especially good, I was on tenterhooks.

If you haven't come across it yet, it's D&D played by fantastic actors and voice actors, and made accessible and fun even to those who'd never thought of playing before.

There's this bit that sticks out.

When Amy and Rory are running, and a thing happens, then Rory says "It's messing with our heads."

We never see what happened to him; we can only wonder.
